Hi everyone! This week, the team has been hard at work, focusing on enhancing the data available to community owners through the User List and Member Insights pages. Here's the progress so far:

User List Enhancements

We are planning to introduce the ability to filter users by profile details and activity, providing greater control over community management. If you're looking for recently active members, you can simply filter users based on their last seen date, specifying a certain number of days. It's also possible to create filter groups by adding multiple criteria!

Member Insights

Since our previous update on member insights, we've significantly expanded this feature to offer more in-depth data on each user. In particular, we're introducing the Engagement Score, which allows customization and is calculated by assigning customizable weightage to various actions like sending messages and replies. The points are then normalized based on the highest and lowest scorers, providing you with a powerful tool to gauge member participation and involvement.

We're also implementing AI-powered sentiment analysis, empowering community owners to gain deeper insights into member sentiment. This will be instrumental in identifying potential concerns and tailoring the community experience.
